What type of currency and payment do you accept?
Online credit card payments are in Pound Sterling (£). Prices are also quoted (but not charged) in Euros (€) and US Dollars ($). Please do not expect the amount to be exact, as different banks have different exchange rates and/or fees.
How long will it take my Bonza Seeds order?
Generally UK orders are received within 1-3 working days. Orders to Europe are received within 3-14 workings days and orders to the rest of the world within 7-21 workings days. We would appreciate your patience when waiting for orders so please only get in touch if your order is getting towards the end of these times or if it has passed. We will then do our best to help.

Bonza seed bank is a ripe off. I ordered seeds with a 10 to 14 day deliverey. It has been 26 days and they said Thay will not do anything till after 30 days . If this is how they do busness then Why do they charge extra for 10 to 14 day delivery..
BONZA SUCKS. took all the time to find what seeds I wanted placed the order, got all excited was watching the mailbox and a week later they email me saying oh we need a copy of your bank statement before we ship your seeds LOL YA RITE. I was furious I dont know why I even strayed from attitude which in over 15 orders has never done me wrong and has guaranteed shipping and freebies and a gift……..then the Lily lady wants to send me a snarky email saying ohhh sorry we ruined your whole life we hope you recover, get a grip your business is going under, do NOT risk it on this place use attitude
I was actually excited to do business with these people but am finding them to be the most unreasonable, unhelpful and downright rude people that I’ve ever ordered from. I had no problems ordering, I like their website. Apparently, everything is fine until you have to communicate with their customer service or have a problem.
My seeds were mixed up in shipping from this poorly designed disk/puzzle that they insist on using to send seeds. Being disabled, I don’t have the dexterity in my hands to manage the disk very well and so I asked if they could use something else for my 40+ seed order. I think complaining about this hit some nerve. The answer was a very simple “NO!”, followed by silence… They won’t even resend my seeds unless I place another order and they won’t use anything else except this stupid disk to send them. I just spent over $350.00 on 2 orders and this is how you speak to me? Not even “Sorry, No?” and No explanation?
Honestly? Bonza’s price was higher than others, their stealth packaging mixed up my seeds, their RUDE, one-word communication and inability to find a suitable solution is unacceptable customer support by any measure, and they have taken longer than anyone else to deliver my order, over 3 weeks to USA. Cannot help but give a 1 star in every category!
I’m done with expensive, inflexible money-grubbing companies who make their money off the sweat from other people’s backs and then are inflexible in providing any reasonable customer service support without an attitude. What about the ones that won’t send seeds if they fail to germinate but will if they are cracked? (where’s my hammer?) Never again!
A company called ILGM is 1000 times better and they will treat you like a king/queen! I don’t know Robert personally but would like to. His attitude is awesome. He understands the spirit behind what we are ALL trying to do on this earth with regards to Cannabis and doesn’t let money or business cloud his judgment. Instead, you see him consistently doing everything possible to help. They are certainly not RUDE and won’t give you any guff! EVER!

hi I brought some seed from your site 3 weeks ago so why are they takeing so long to get here and I am in w .australia so wtf is going on man
14 days to my doorstep, most of the time in Chicago Customs. Package was not opened, but if it was, it would have been found easily. 100% germination. Will probably use Bonza again.
16 days to us with a 5 day visit in chi town it sounds like to me if your buying seeds every banks has orders that don’t make it.Ive made orders from 5 different banks alll deliverd. So it seems like there is a percentage of loss with all banks no matter what. Bonza has great communication there was a problem with my order on day 1 and it was attended to promptly. other than 5 day in chi town all was good. now we will see if they pop.
A massive thanks to bonzasds – they ahve come through where others have failed. my beans are cookin nicely and should be a nice harvest looking at the progress.
