ordered 2 pack got only 1 not the strain i ordered.never got refund for other pack..would not answer emails..total rip off’s imo
Rhino rips you off! When they do send an order it’s only part of what you paid for and more often then not they just keep your money and send nothing.
I placed two orders with rhino seeds and after two weeks I checked the tracking on their webpage and both of them still appear to be processing whatever that means. I’ve ordered from others and this is not how long it should take. I’m going to call them tomorrow morning to try to get my money back these guys must be playing a waiting game, anyway I would think twice before placing an order with them you will probably find yourself in a similar situation.
These morons claim a credit card purchase will be listed as Rhino Gifts but the CC statment lists growforce uk. Their idea of stealth packaging is a bubble wrap envelope. They do not answer emails at all and their phone is always on answer machine. Also, if you tick and pay for guaranteed delivery. They don’t explain that this means they will send the package registered mail that you have to sign for. Damn shame if you’ve ordered using another name. They ort to call themselves Yungindum seeds.
I ordered seeds from rhino seeds over three months ago and never recieved my shipment. Terrible things started happening on my credit card but i won’t talk about that at this stage. I have sent several e-mails but rarely get a reply. Last reply i was told they would check the tracking number to see where it ended up. That was several weeks ago and i’ve heard nothing since. So much for guaranteeing delivery and a reply within 24 hours. I’ve since read many bad things about rhino seeds on many forums. I wish i had done more research before ordering. I’m not too worried about the money i lost, i just hate being messed around. Stick with a reputable, professional company people.

I agree with the majority of people above. Rhino seeds is a very poor company.
They will take your money and not deliver the goods. That is theft. Why should they be allowed to get away with it? Other companies dont do it.
They took my cash and did not deliver the whole order. At first emails were answered and it looked hopeful. But nothing happened, no seeds and no refund.
And then no answeres to my emails.
All in all a rubbish place to deal with.
Do not use Rhino seeds.
Read the reviews first if you are tempted as I should have done.
There are plenty of other places to buy from, give Rhino a miss.
UPDATE
I would like to put the record straight.
On another review forum Rhino promised to put things right if the order no was sent to them.
So I sent my order no with a copy of the promise to Rhino.
They did sort it and I got my seeds and so I have my full order.
Wish they could have done it to begin with but credit where its due. They sorted it.
I will order again from Rhino.

there is actually another email adddress on the contact us page of rhino seeds – emails to rhinoseedsemail@gmail.com will be emailed directly to the owner so please contact us there if you think you are being ignore from there email team!
