Have been a customer for over a year now and I have never had any problems whatsoever with this company great communication fast and friendly service. Overall excellant seedbank don’t think you can find one with better service not many out there offer a full refund if you don’t receive your product.(Which I myself have never had that happen to me.)

I ordered 4 different types of seeds, I only received 2 out of 4 on first delivery. I found out they back-ordered my other 2, but I was never sent any email. I then spent the next 3 months going back and forth. At one point I had sent 3 emails with no response, only to find out the guy I had been corresponding with had been let go… After finally choosing different seeds, I was told I would get some extra “goodies” for all the drama. I got a pack of blueberry flavored rolling papers… Thanks??? The package was stealth, and I finally got the correct seeds but I will not do business again with this company.
Didn’t receive the first order. They [seedmadness] sugested that I buy a *** and they would send them again.[Stood by their gaurantee , refund or we will send them again.] I eventually received them, thanks *****.

ordered seeds arived in a week 3 out of 6 seeds crushed in packet sent pack back but is lost so no refund or replacements I wouldent buy from seedsadness again
Ha, whats his problem, LOOSER, is it seedmadnesses fault if they were lost in post when you sent em back, sounds to me like your a con artist anyway, doubt the seeds would have been crushed, mine came in a bubble wrap bag and a padded envelope and Stefano is an A1 guy, when i needed help, he was the best, no other seedbank are so easy to talk to.
all i can say is ‘if carlsberg made cannabis seeds, they would be the best cannabis seeds, until then seedmadness is my carlsberg’

all i heard was good things about these people so i placed my order with fingers crossed, i was not to be disappointed, my seeds arrived promptly, in excellent packaging (even i didnt know what they were, and i was expecting them), with great communication, an email when i [placed my order, an email when they were sent with a tracking number and a follow up email to make sure i was happy when i had received them. Overall this has to be the easiest was to buy seeds. They dont even show up on my bank statement as a seedbank but as a reputable corporation. how cool is that.
