I had te same experience at UK420 a few years back. I was banned for being a commercial grower because I posted up pictures of two trees I had grown. It seems its more to do with how your face fits as to what you can post or comment on. Looking on the bright side, there are some good forums out there with sensible moderators. Thanks for posting up your review.

Complete trash site , i was a brand new member there 2-3 days , and boom , banned for 6 months after having just 2 posts , the posts was totaly normal without anything wrong or bad that i could have been banned for , one post was about water levels in hydroponics and another was about light leak in a motherplant grow tent , the only message im getting up is this :
You have been banned for the following reason:
plant count
Date the ban will be lifted: 04-02-21, 11:55 AM
thats a 6 months ban for nothing…. , could it be cus i said i own an aeroflow 14 system ? and that means i gave a plant count ? i dunno man , find it strange i cant say i own an aeroflo 14 system on a grow forum where people posts tons of pics of their own plants and growth….
complete trash site , do not recommend to anyone , probably the worst experience i had in my whole life on any forum… getting banned for nothing.

Bunch of snappy amateurs with zero to little knowledge about growing.
1 plant in their basement and they consider themselves experts.
The 3 people there who actually know what they are talking about are afraid to post publicly and only sent me PM telling me to find the information I was looking for elsewhere.
Lots of bro-science, and long dis-proven growing myths still have a very strong hold there.
The admins are a bunch of kids, or behave like that. 1 week there was enough for me.
Thankfully I know enough about growing to realize what kind of bullshit they are propagating, but if I was a newbie it would probably mess up several grows with their “help”.
In short,
I would only consider going there if you want to socialize with uptight Brits with horrible grammar.
There are way better sources for actual growing knowledge.
