Have had an order in with these guys that was supposed to be shipped 24 days ago…They got back to me with one email and haven’t returned my mail since. Hope I get back to you guys with a more positive response once they send a contact soon…? In US so maybe boarder problems…Any feedback regarding this experience would be appreciated.

REsponding to my post on June 1st…After getting a confirmation that postage was returned to them as not deliverable, they resent and we have received the goods. Packaging couldn’t be better and seeds look ready to go…
In the end, a bad start, but a potential longterm relationship with these guys if plants turn out tasty!
ive ordered from them 7or 8 times there shipping takes a bit long but is cheaper than most banks,they once even resent a lost pack to me after 28 days no show then bout 10 days later 2 packs showed one day after other
Been ordering from Sensible Seeds for about 4 Years and they have always looked after me. Don’t be afraid to ask for a discount if your order is a large one!! Packaging is extra stealthy.
Good packaging but the coms are dreadful, if theres a problem or delay then your really stuck. Also been hearing that they aren’t even the original sensible seeds, and instead just stole the name from someone else. A company now trading again as the original sensible seed co. Very interesting reading for the cannabis buffs out there.

I’ve ordered from Sensible 2 times recently due to them listing seeds I wanted that were out of stock elsewhere….but never again, the ordeal and stress of it all is not worth it!
Would it kill these guys to actually update their website? More than half of what they list on the site is NOT IN STOCK. Then knowing that for my next order to them, I asked before I ordered if what I wanted was actually in stock…they reply back that they are in stock, and I placed the order. Then a few days later I get an email saying that one of the varieties I ordered in not in stock!!…can you believe that!!! Total incompetence, and no way to run a business.
Trust someone who knows from experience, go somewhere else like Attitude.

i purchased some magic beans and the first pack was quick as can be and the 2nd got lost or stolen but i let them know and 48 hours later i got them too ! about 3 weeks later the postie left the lost ones here ! if anyone is a liar its me cause i couldnt bring myself to send em back. just remember things do go missing in the post so let them know !
I paid £90 for Double Black Doja from Riot Seeds, the growth was weak and spindly compared to Nirvana AK48, in flower NONE of the shitty buds turned purple.
Now I am looking around the forums and find out that the picture that is on the sensible seed site of the Double Black Doja is actually a picture of a Black Russian ripped from a thread by heath Robinson!!
These fuckers are are scamming growers by showing strains which arent what you are buying. never again fuck sensible seeds and fuck riot seeds.
Hey folks I just completed a deal with Sensible Seeds and I will be a repeat customer for many years to come . I find that they are very honest. Paul has only the best intent for his customers. You Guys are awesome man oh man, just have to remember 7hr time difference from US, very easy to contact by phone or email. Delivery may take a while but worth the wait. Contact Paul or Lisa after about 20 days and they will get BUSY on finding out whats going on. I give Sensible Seeds 5 Stars from Denver Colorado. 420 all the way BABIEE.

I have ordered from Sensible seeds 6 times now, and have received every order. They have a new website now. This is good, because my only complaint was that they were often out of stock but the old site still listed the seeds in stock, and you did not find out till after you ordered. Now with the new site, the seed stock gets updated when they are sold out, and you dont end up ordering out of stock seeds. I have ordered twice now from the new site and have no more complaints.
As for communication they are great, they answer emails and I can call on the phone (have to stay up till 3AM or so to call cause of time difference. LOL)
I do recommend this site.

They don’t return email correspondence regarding product inquiries. If they can’t be bothered to return an email from a potential customer I can imagine they might find it too much work to send out your order.
Oh yeah, they will also block your I.P. address if you return at a latter date to check product availability.
I would not recommend buy from them.

Sensible Seeds are one of the better seed banks operating out there, mainly due to the extensive catalogue and reasonable prices.
I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for high quality seeds and an excellent customer service. I have been a SS customer for many years. The quality of the seeds differ depending on the seed bank they come from. Delays in receipt occur and parcels get lost sometimes, but, hello, they are not responsible for the post services and always resent the lost packages. I recommended SS to some of my friends and ALL of them are happy.
Ordered twice from these guys, Autoflowering strains. I honestly cant rate them highly enough, speedy delivery and discreet packaging.
I’ve had a few problems with the other seed banks with packages not showing up.. they always say the same rubbish but Sensible Seeds have come through both times.

Ordered auto flowering feminised seeds from Sensibleseeds 3 times now and every delivery has been in good time. The seeds have all been viable which is what its all about at the end of the day… I’ve had some bad luck with other seed sites in the past so really happy with these guys
Awesome website Awesome customer service. I have been buying from sensiblesseeds for a while now. had nearly 100% germ and for all you moaners out there , look at your own growing technique first and if you really feel like you’ve had a dud batch go to the breeder not the retailer its hardly their fault.

Cool site and excellent service – been round the block with some of the others out there but have found my niche with Sensible Seeds. Be wary of a company calling themselves the “original” sensible seeds – shame on them trying to live off the True SS’s good name!
I am writing to let you know about my dealings with Sensible Seeds. I have had small orders with them before where all went well. The last order, however was rather large and worth a lot of money. Being in Australia my legal recall if all goes wrong is suicidal. The way the team at Sensibe handled the order was nothing less than professional. Due to the size of the order, it was posted in a number of packages over a few weeks to reduce the risk of losing the lot. As each item left the UK, I received Postal Tracking Numbers and verification of each package and contents. All through the process I was kept up to date and never once left wondering what was going on. I wouldn’t expect this type of service for a small order but for a large one it certainly was a Sensible choice.
Ordered 3 strains and received them plus some freebies within 8 days of order to the Midwest. Great stealth and no issues. The entire experience is great. Seems to be a clone of the Tude.

You’d think that if you buy 700 in seeds with a cc that your statement wouldn’t say Sensible Seeds.
Credit card statements do not say “Sensible Seeds” – it says “Sensible Group”
