Never have I had to go anywhere else! I browse of course, but in the end, I trust my purchases and deliveries to Sensible! More than a couple times have I ordered, and always they are there to smoothly handle my not so perfect transactions. All the things I purchase are fresh enough to perform, and amazingly not a single unexpected man in the bunch. Within sensible are about a half dozen suppliers I trust COMPLETELY to perform as said. Even with the hastle of overseas transactions, I know sensible completes orders very quickly! Now, for a high speed carrier pidgeon that delivers for free!!

Okay last order was a good one, packaging was appropriate and well done.
1 seed didnt germinate but you cant win them all I guess, might be down to the method I used (kitchen roll in the airing cupboard). The other 4 did tho so I am quite excited!!

I had a delivery query which i called Sensible about, out of office hours. Left a message, and they were back to me the following morning by phone AND email. Couldn’t ask for better service, as that’s what its all about when shopping for these products online.
Great service and delivery…went out of there way to get some seeds that were out of stock. “Kind” staff and great prices.
Hi Steve, glad you liked our service – we pride ourselves on customer service. The tracking serice we use should not require a signature but is fully trackable all the way. You can opt for extra stealth where we remove the seeds from the breeder packs and put in small labelled grip sealed bags and conceal within the ***** of a ******. Some customers understandably want the seeds in the original packaging and sometimes these come in vials or blister packs which will rattle, so short of breaking these open we cannot stop the rattle im afraid. We are always willing to post seeds in a method which suits the customer so if you have a particular method in mind please let us know in the customer notes on the order form and we will do our best to meet your wishes.
Okay this place has a decent site with a good selection of seeds, I wanted some of the Sour Diesel seeds from Rocker-ij but all the stores in Amsterdam are now closed.. maybe they went bust or something? :*(
Anyway ordered from this site got my seeds 3 days later which was impressive, price average for my country to be honest.
Kept me up to date with the order and stuff.. would order again if I cant find the seeds I want in Amsterdam.. thanks Sensible seeds

I will first start by saying that Paul and the crew at Sensible bent over backwards to meet my needs. I made an order of some seeds that were out of stock. Paul offered a FULL refund of my $130 or, store credit for $150. I took the store credit, ordered the seeds and waited. I had an old address on file so the seeds went to the wrong address! No worries though because Paul politely re-mailed them to my current address at no extra charge to me. If that’s not customer service, then I don’t know what is!

I’ve placed 3 orders with Sensible Seeds & they always came thru.When my wife & I traveled we always flew by way of Amsterdam to pick up seeds.We have’nt been able to fly anywhere as of late so I turned to internet. Has to be the best seed bank in the world. I say this with complete honesty. They were giving away 3 pyramid seeds with any purchase over 50 pounds and I started to inquire about this offer, just asking if they were feminised, autoflowering etc. They immediately wrote back saying that they were feminised and autoflowering, but if there were other seeds I wanted they could maybe give me those. I replied mentioning 2 different strains I would be equally happy with. They gave me both the strains I asked for, 3 seeds of each. Bare in mind that those seeds were about double the price of the freeby pyramids. They gave me the 3 free pyramid seeds too. I ordered 1 dinafem fruit auto just to get the order over 50 quid and they gave me 3 of those too. In short, I ordered 7 seeds and got 15. Oh yeah, I made 10 posts on their forum and got a 10% discount. On top of that, their communication and overall service was second to none. Seriously, anyone ordering seeds should only ever get them from sensible. I know I will.
I made an error in ordering; they fixed it with no objections. Super stealth shipping to the US took one day. The package spent ten days in New York. The package arrived safe and sound within two Weeks. I couldn’t find the goods for several minutes… Very discrete! We will definitely do business again.
These guys are great, i will never deal with anyone else again….They went above and beyond the call of duty, always helpful with Q&A…my card was declined, i promptly got a notification e-mail and had the problem fixed same-day and the package shipped out the next…shipped on the 25th and arrived on the 1st…not bad in my experience from UK to NY…these guys are now my go-to guys….the end ^.^

Sensible seeds sets a standard that all seed companies should be operating by. I have ordered from other companies and they dont compare in communication,packaging and The Bonus Strains. I am extremely thrilled about my order, i’ll review the individual seed banks that the seeds actually came from as soon as I know what to say, I sure didnt pay for a fancy package lol. Although bearing that sensible seeds is filling the gap for those of us that are unable to purchase the seeds we want from a store in EU, I think they are doing a wonderful job as far as I can tell and I would recommend them to others.
