The form from the Department of Agriculture had different font style and font size for the order info than the rest of the form had. The order information was poorly formatted with extra spaces and empty lines between the info.
I think these guys filled out the form and sent it to me. I think that their offer of 50 percent is crap. They claim to guarantee their product and the offer 50 percent in return. They told me in their email that they have the most secure shipping methods anywhere. Clearly that is wrong otherwise I would have my order. I will never do business with these criminals ever again.
We offer insurance for orders at the checkout but this was not taken with the order so as a compromise you were offered 50% refund. We always operate with integrity and would never stoop so low as to send customers fake documentation as you have insinuated. My command of the English language is impeccable and my word processing skills are excellent too…. if I really wanted to create a fake document it would have been done so with precision…
